Kristen Pepper, Intimacy & Ethics Director

The Intimacy & Ethics Director ensures that all rehearsals, performances, and educational programs uphold the highest standards of safety, consent, and respect. This role supports directors, facilitators, and performers in creating an environment where boundaries are honored, sensitive material is approached with care, and participant well-being is prioritized.

Kristen is a CAEA/ACTRA creative and performing artist and Equity councillor, graduating from York University with a BFA in Dance with Specialized Honours. She brings to Riversong Players a respectful workplace lens, advocating for the safe and equitable treatment of all artists. 

Fun Fact: While the love of the arts is strong with this one, she is the ultimate fan of her Star Wars cats Kylo and Vader, and her first love, Diet Coke.
